Queen of... the day before yesterday

Please listen to “King of Yesterday” by Jude. It’s like walking through a winter wonderland with a puppy and the best cup of hot chocolate you’ve ever had … but for your ears!

My initial thought today at work was that it was Tuesday… gahhh, so early in the week. Then to my delight, I realized it couldn’t have been Tuesday because it was going to be Whopper day today at BK!! Turns out, Whopper day was yesterday and today is actually Thursday.

When you get into a routine, time just passes by, even if you are bored half the time. The thing is, besides working from 8 to 4 + an hour walking home. I don’t do anything in particular, but still do not have enough time to do all the “not much of anything” I want to; Mostly because I can sit and read/play with Fender for a day without realizing it. So preparing dinner/talking to roomies/making lunch the next day take a back seat. I brought a pound of carrots for lunch today (it was the best I can do in 30 seconds). El (the roomie) is in a fowl disposition lately, probably from the lack of attention he needs to feed on. I can see him shrinking before my eyes; maybe I should give him my lunch?

Hmm...I'll have to remember to check out that song!

Wow. On Tuesday, I thought it should be Thursday! Yet, I don't know any of my McDeal Days or Whopper Days :S

Time does fly. Even if it's on a boring work term, it flies. Like, this is almost the end of my 5th week of work (out of 16!) I work 7:30-4, get home around 4:30, do internetty stuff till I decide to go to the gym, go to the gym, come home, eat dinner, more computer & I have to shower & make lunch & get ready for bed. Occasionally in there I play guitar, or read, or do other things. I'm tired most days, so I say I'm going to go to bed earlier, but it never happens. I don't know where the evening goes, but it goes!

Try to eat better though babe! Food (good food especially) is happy!

*hugs*

I'm glad you like that song Lou. There is another one by Jude that I like, "Everything I Own". Check it out.

I've never eaten at the bk lounge (Dane Cook anybody?). I guess being a vegetarian limits my options further. I do eat at one fast food place and that's Taco Bell. I'm not a fan of everything they have but the 7-layer is awesome; and being $2.99, it's all I can afford right now. I know there is a stigma attached to beans. Just make sure you don't let one rip in public.

Take care, Lou.

You're proud that you've finally gained weight and you've resorted to eating carrots now? Haven't I warned you about eating to many? This comes from experience...
I haven't had any surprise day changes yet, but I do enjoy the surprise paydays. They make your bank account look extra sweet.
